Bio

Hi! I'm Diversity and Inclusion Specialist with a background in training in Higher Education and most recently I have been expanding my training experience, delivering Preventing Sexual Harassment training in a range of workplaces.

Before joining Culture Shift, I worked at two universities in the UK using the Report & Support platform as a responder.

I'm dedicated to taking intentional steps to foster inclusive workplaces and communities. As part of the Culture Transformation team, I lead on Culture Shift's Training Academy, innovating and delivering impactful training programmes to prevent bullying, harassment, and sexual misconduct.
