This month's Drop In Discussion:
Employment Rights Act 2025 and the use of Report + Support for Employees
What to expect:
As organisations continue to respond to the Employment Rights Act 2025 particularly the new duty to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment, many are reflecting on how staff reporting works in practice, not just on paper.
In this Community of Practice session, we’ll be joined by partners who have been navigating the use of Report + Support for staff and are willing to share their experiences openly. They’ll talk through how they approached staff reporting, what sits behind their processes, how they built understanding and buy-in, and what they’ve learned along the way.
As always, the session will be practical, honest, and peer-led. Alongside shared experiences, there will be plenty of opportunity to discuss challenges, questions, and approaches with others through facilitator-led breakout discussions.
Whether you’re already supporting staff reporting or actively reviewing your approach, this session is designed to help you learn from peers and reflect on what “all reasonable steps” looks like day to day.
