  • Step 1. Set up Your Profile

    Learn how to complete your profile and get the most out of the community. Set Up Your Profile Click your initials or profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Select “Profile.” We want members of the community to know more about you. Click the “Edit Profile” badge (top right) and fill in the following details: Full Name Pronouns Job Title Company A short bio (Optional) - Let community members know more about your job role and where you work Location (where is your place of work?) Add Your Photo (optional) On the main profile screen: hover over the circle with your initials. Click it to upload your image
  • Step 2. Introductions and Networking

    Head to our Intros + Networking space This is your space to say hi and let members get to know you a little better. No pressure to write an essay, just a few lines to help us all feel a little more human behind the screen. You can use these sample questions to start with: What’s your current role and where do you work? How long have you been using Report + Support? What are your hopes or goals for being part of this community? What are you hoping to learn, share or change through this space? And if you're short on time, just fill in the blanks: “Hi, I’m [Name], I work at [Organisation] as a [Role]. I joined this community because ... Looking forward to getting to know you and thanks for being part of this community!
  • Step 3. Navigating Dashboard

    Navigating the Dashboard Whether you're new to the space or a long-standing member of our online community, here is your guide to making the most of your dashboard. Announcements This is the main space where you’ll hear directly from the Culture Shift team. We’ll be sharing: • Invitations to webinars and workshops • Questions and prompts for your input • Opportunities to get involved as a research or product development partner • Key dates and important deadlines • Weekly updates from the Online Community Network • Community shoutouts, stories and good news Make sure to check this space regularly so you don’t miss anything.     Community Guidelines Welcome to our online community! This is a space for connection, support and learning. To keep it safe and welcoming for everyone, here are a few ground rules we expect all members to follow. 💬 Be Respectful We’re a community of individuals with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Thoughtful discussion is encouraged, even disagreement, but it’s important we engage with curiosity and care. Let’s focus on ideas, not individuals. 🚫 On Harmful Language and Behaviour This is a space where everyone should feel safe and included. There’s no place here for discriminatory language or behaviour, whether intentional or not. If something is hurtful, we ask everyone to pause, listen, and reflect. We're all learning. 🤝 Assume Positive Intent It’s easy for tone to get lost in text. Let’s give each other the benefit of the doubt. If something doesn’t land well, we’ll aim to address it with kindness and honesty, and keep learning together. 🔐 Respect Each Other’s Privacy What’s shared here should stay here, unless someone gives you clear permission to take it elsewhere. Let’s treat stories, ideas and experiences with the care they deserve. 🧹 Keep It Considerate Language can be expressive, passionate, even colourful, that’s fine. But let’s be mindful of tone and volume. Think of it like a good conversation in a cosy café. 🚩 If Something Feels Off, Let Us Know You’re never expected to moderate on your own. If something makes you uncomfortable or you’re unsure about it, reach out to us, we’ll handle it with care. 💡 We Shape This Together The tone of this space is set by all of us.
