OIA Update Session: Learning from Recent Case Reviews and sharing feedback from Good Practice Framework Consultation
Join us for an online session with the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA), who will share feedback from their consultation on the Good Practice Framework, alongside insights from their 2025 Annual Report and a discussion of published case reviews.
Guest speaker Jo Nuckley is the Head of Outreach & Insight at the OIA. Since joining the OIA in 2006 Jo has carried out reviews of complaints, led casework teams and now focuses on the OIA’s good practice work in sharing learning from complaints. She has a particular interest in processes for addressing harassment, supporting disabled students, and exploring how students’ different life experiences shape their engagement with formal complaints processes. Jo also has responsibility for data protection at the OIA.
The session will include a presentation followed by time for questions and discussion. To support a focused conversation, we ask participants to submit any questions in advance via the Online Community Network post.
