Session Overview:
This will be an interactive workshop exploring how universities can move beyond policy compliance to foster genuinely anti-racist cultures. Participants will examine individual, institutional and structural racism, reflect on privilege and power in higher education, and apply practical approaches to responding to everyday harm, microaggressions and resistance.

EDI professionals, academic staff, professional services colleagues, HR practitioners, student experience teams, institutional leaders and Race Equality Charter practitioners.
