Welcome to Our Online Community Network
This is a space for connection, collaboration and curiosity. We are here to learn from one another, grow ideas and build something better together.
Below are the community guidelines that help us keep this a safe, welcoming and energising space for all. These apply whether you are sharing a post, commenting on someone’s idea or quietly observing, which is just as valid.
Community Guidelines
Participation is Encouraged – Everyone’s Voice Matters
Every member is invited to contribute and be heard. We actively seek diverse perspectives and welcome lived experiences. Your voice adds value, whether it is a question, story or thoughtful disagreement.
We Are a Community – Connected and Supportive
We show up for each other. That means being kind, constructive and generous. Let us cheer each other on, offer support and respect that we are all navigating different things, both online and offline.
Commitment to the Practice – Understand the Why
This is more than just sharing what we do. It is about exploring why we do it. We are committed to deep reflection, honest discussion and collective learning.
Boundaries and Scale – Respect the Edges
As the community grows, our ways of working may shift. Let us remain curious about what works now, and stay open to adapting as the scale or makeup of the group changes.
Be mindful of confidentiality, consent and when a conversation is best held privately or elsewhere.
Evidence Based Reflection – Learn from Real Experience
We learn best when we reflect on what actually happened. Share stories, insights, even missteps. They are all part of the process. We value honesty, not perfection.
Creativity as a Source of Energy – Permission to Explore
There are no silly ideas here. Try new things, share half formed thoughts and be willing to experiment. We are all learning and growing, and that is encouraged.
Stay Present and Connected – Engagement Matters
We ask that you show up with intention, whether that means replying to a comment, attending a session or simply reading and reflecting. Presence is powerful, even in quiet ways.
Listen First, Speak Thoughtfully
Hold space for others before jumping in. When you do contribute, speak from your own experience and ask questions with openness. You do not need all the answers – curiosity is more than enough.
Celebrate and Elevate Each Other
See something great? Say something. Recognition helps us all feel seen and valued. It also boosts energy, morale and momentum, which we all need.
Be Open to Other Ways of Thinking
Challenge ideas, not people. It is okay to disagree, just do it with care, patience and respect. We are here to stretch our thinking, not shrink others.
Ask Questions – Especially the Obvious Ones
If you are wondering something, chances are someone else is too. No question is too small or too simple. Ask away. Learning starts with curiosity.
A Note on Moderation:
We aim to actively moderate this space to help ensure it remains respectful, inclusive, and safe for everyone. While we may not see every post or comment immediately, we will take action when content goes against our guidelines. This includes anything harmful, discriminatory, or not in line with the spirit of the community.
Repeated or serious breaches may result in removal from the space.
Need Support or Want to Flag Something:
If something does not feel right, or you are unsure how to handle a situation, please reach out to our Community Manager Sarah Jordan or a member of the Culture Shift Team. We are here to help and we will always treat concerns with care and discretion.
