  • Workplace Sexual Harassment Training for Employees

Every employee plays a role in preventing sexual harassment at work. But most people are never shown what that actually looks like in practice. This training gives your staff the clarity and confidence to recognise inappropriate behaviour, challenge it safely, and contribute to a workplace where people feel able to speak up. It also supports your organisation in meeting its responsibilities under the Employment Rights Act 2025 without defaulting to passive, tick-box learning. By the end of the session, your staff will: Understand what sexual harassment looks like in real workplace contexts - not just definitions Recognise how behaviour can cross the line, including in hybrid and online environments Identify higher-risk situations such as workplace socials, power imbalances, and client interactions Know how to respond appropriately, whether they experience or witness something Feel more confident using your organisation's reporting routes and support mechanisms Get in touch with us to book or to find out more- contact your Customer Success Manager or our Training Manager, Charlotte.
  • Sexual Harassment Training for Managers

Managers are often the first point of contact when something goes wrong. How they respond - especially in the first conversation - can determine whether an issue is addressed early or escalates into a formal complaint, grievance, or legal risk. This training gives your managers the clarity and confidence to handle situations properly, support their teams, and take proactive steps to prevent sexual harassment in the first place. It also supports your organisation in meeting its responsibilities under the Employment Rights Act 2025, by ensuring managers understand what is expected of them in practice, not just in policy. By the end of the session, your managers will: Understand their responsibilities when it comes to preventing and responding to sexual harassment Recognise early warning signs and high-risk situations within their teams Know how to respond to disclosures in a way that is supportive, appropriate, and aligned with policy Feel more confident handling sensitive conversations without escalating risk Take practical steps to reduce the likelihood of issues arising in the first place If you're interested- let us know! It also determines whether issues are identified early or escalate into formal complaints, legal claims, and reputational damage. This training is designed for senior leaders responsible for oversight, governance, and organisational risk. It supports your organisation in taking proactive, defensible steps under the Employment Rights Act 2025, moving beyond policy into practical, visible leadership. By the end of the session, your leaders will: Understand where organisational risk sits, and how sexual harassment exposure develops over time Recognise the role leadership behaviour plays in shaping culture and reporting confidence Identify systemic risks across teams, environments, and ways of working Make informed decisions about prevention, reporting, and organisational response Take ownership of building a culture where issues are addressed early, not escalated later Book on today! A disclosure of bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct, or inappropriate behaviour is not just information, it's a test of trust. The way it is handled can determine whether someone feels safe enough to continue speaking up, or whether they withdraw completely. This training gives your staff the confidence and practical skills to respond appropriately, consistently, and in line with organisational expectations. By the end of the session, participants will be able to: Respond calmly and appropriately to disclosures of harmful or sensitive behaviour Understand how to listen without judgement and avoid unintentionally discouraging reporting Recognise when to escalate concerns and how to do so correctly Signpost individuals to the right internal support and reporting routes Play an active role in strengthening a safe and trusted speak-up culture Get in touch today!
